Policy Terms & Conditions

Declaration:

I understand that 6 months waiting period is applicable from commencement or re-instatement of membership. All information stated above are true and correspond with the details which appear on the identification document according to the FICA regulation. Any changes to the application must be submitted in writing by the main member to New Genesis. Only members specified on this form will enjoy membership benefits. Membership is based on premiums being paid on a monthly basis in one month advance. Premiums must be paid on or before the 7th of each month in advance. Membership lapses when premiums are 45 days in arrears. Death relating to suicide is excluded for 24 months from date of membership. No money will be paid to any third party as membership benefits are strictly related to New Genesis Funeral Service provided the funeral service.

Terms and Conditions:

1. All members who join will have six (6) months waiting period.

2. Suicide will have twenty-four (24) months waiting period.

3. Accidental death is covered immediately.

4. This burial society only covers members from 0-64 years.

5. Only New Genesis can provide the funeral service as stated in this application.

6. The New Genesis membership is not a cash back policy nor will it pay out any 3rd party or member.

7. No refunds on any monthly premium.

8. Grave rates are not included in the burial society package.
